  1. Eligibility:
    1. The referral program is open to individuals who are legal residents of The United States and meet the minimum age requirement of 18.
  2. How it Works:
    1. To participate, you must complete the sign-up form provided by WebTech Solutions and agree to these terms and conditions.
    2. Once you have signed up, you will be assigned a unique referral code.
    3. Share your referral code with friends, family, or anyone you believe would benefit from having a professional business website.
    4. When someone uses your referral code to make a purchase of a website, you will be eligible for a commission.
    5. When someone uses your referral code, they will get a 10% discount.
  3. Commission and Rewards:
    1. For each successful referral made using your referral code, you will receive a commission of 5% of the total transaction amount.
    2. The commission will be paid out within 1 month of referral's completed payment, either in check or through an approved payment method, as specified by you during sign-up.
  4. Referral Guidelines:
    1. Referrals must be made using your unique referral code.
    2. Referrals made prior to your sign-up or without using the referral code will not be considered for commission.
    3. Referrals should be genuine and made to individuals who have a legitimate need or interest in a professional business website.
    4. You are responsible for ensuring that your referrals are aware of the referral code and understand its purpose.
  5. Program Changes and Termination:
    1. WebTech Solutions reserves the right to modify or terminate the referral program at any time, without prior notice.
    2. In the event of program termination, all pending commissions will be honored as long as they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in these terms and conditions.
  6. Prohibited Activities:
    1. Participants are prohibited from engaging in fraudulent or deceptive activities to generate referrals.
    2. Participants must not engage in spamming, unsolicited communications, or any form of unethical marketing practices to promote their referral code.
    3. WebTech Solutions reserves the right to disqualify participants and withhold commissions if any prohibited activities are detected.
  7. Liability:
    1. WebTech Solutions is not responsible for any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from participation in the referral program.
    2. Participants agree to indemnify and hold WebTech Solutions harmless from any claims, demands, or actions arising out of their participation in the referral program.
  8. Privacy:
    1. Any personal information collected during the referral program will be handled in accordance with WebTech Solutions's privacy policy.
By participating in the referral program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these terms and conditions. WebTech Solutions reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, and it is your responsibility to review them periodically.
